Wood Carved Iconostasis (new)

In Christianity, the Iconostasis is the place where the Holy Icons are gathered either in the temple or in the house of every Christian. The Iconostasis evolved into the form we know today from the Byzantine Temple and in direct comparison finds the Temple of Jerusalem, in terms of function.

This sacred place is intended for the worship of God and are usually hung icons of the Virgin Mary, Christ, St. John the Baptist and the Patron Saint of each church.

The wood-carved Iconostasis of our collection are constructions of high quality wood with detailed depiction of the face while they include either a hanging or a fixed glass candle. They are ideal for home usage use with wall mounting.

"...I have recieved the Icon, and I am very very happy with it. This Icon will be offered this friday to illuminate a chapell dedicated to Marie Madeleine, in France (in Dordogne, which is in the SW of France). My family and I, we are very grateful to you and the people who made it possible, for all this, and we thank you from the depth of our heart. ..."
