Α Hieratical Robe, also called Robe or Sticharion, it is the basic vestment of the clergy (common for Deacon, Priest and Bishop) and is worn for the celebration of any liturgical service. This is usually a long,straight robe with wide sleeves and it is a garment that symbolizes a pure conscience and spiritual joy. The bishops usually wear white while the deacons wear various colors with shorter sleeves.
